About Us

Paul is a student of mindfulness applied to building high-trust team cultures and meaningful relationships in business and daily life. He is a seasoned engineer, product designer, and people-centric technology executive. After a successful series of small startup and big-tech senior leadership roles, he now focuses his time on personal development, leadership coaching, strategic advisory, writing, and speaking. Paul lives in the Seattle area with his wife and three kids but when he’s not spending time with them, he enjoys home renovation, winemaking/collecting, and travel.

Endre is an executive coach, Organizational Psychologist, and teacher, and the founder of SR8 Consulting. He specializes in psychologically-informed executive coaching, with an emphasis on harnessing the power of human good through individual and team engagement. Previously Endre was a director and executive coach at Pathwise Leadership and previously led a technology consulting firm. He is also a published author, exploring the mysteries of creativity. In his free time Endre enjoys reading philosophical books from the world’s contemplative traditions, meditation, and time with family and friends. He has a long-standing interest in callings, identity, meaning, and purpose.
